When the assessment of activities required prior to finalizing take-on activities has been completed, the WIP Lead must
identify and finalize the take-on activities the Capgemini team must undertake for the in scope projects in alignment
with all the relevant stakeholders.
These take on activities typically include:

Confirming the take-on plans

Confirming sign-off from the Client of Category List For WIP Projects/ Change Control Note/Service Delivery
Acceptance Certificate/Client Acceptance Certificate/service waivers

Confirming resources have been mobilized (projects and Run).
It is essential to execute the agreed activities for in scope projects as planned and keep all the stakeholders
informed on the progress. The WIP Lead must ensure to highlight in case of any additional support is required to
accomplish the objectives.
A formal sign-off must be obtained from the relevant stakeholders on successful completion of the activities of the in
scope projects and associated Category List For In-Scope Projects as per the agreement.
